Minimum stays:
We have a two-night minimum stay during the off season, and a three-night
minimum stay during the peek season and on holiday weekends. Deposit: A deposit is needed to secure all reservations. Deposit is due at the time of reservation. $50.00 during the off season. $100.00 during the peek season. You may use a credit card to pay your deposit. Confirmation: We will mail a confirmation letter. Payment: Payment of your balance is due 2 weeks prior to arrival. For your convenience, we honor Visa and MasterCard for deposit and rental. Cancellation: Refunds will be made if requested in writing two weeks prior to scheduled arrival date. |
Pets: For the comfort
and safety of our guests we have no facilities for pets. No pets,
please. Age: Cottages may only be rented to persons 21 years of age and older. Check-in/out: Check in time: 4:00 pm Check out time: 10:00 am Special arrangements for late check-ins can be made if we are contacted ahead of time. If you plan a later arrival, please contact us for instructions. No early arrivals please. |
